3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
½ c. cornmeal
½ c. flour
2 T. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
1 c. chopped broccoli florets
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven and a 10” cast iron skillet to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients. The batter is very thick. Spread batter into the hot skillet then bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and inserted knife comes out clean.
