1 Tbsp, Black Peppercorns, coarsely crushed
30 whole Cloves
1 12 oz. can Coke
1/4 cup Bourbon
6 Tbsp. Brown Sugar, packed
1 13 oz. Cherry Preserves

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, mix 1-1/4 cup cola, 2 Tbsp. bourbon and 1/4 cup brown sugar to pour over ham.

In 1 qt. saucepan, mix remaining cola, bourbon and brown sugar. Add 2/3 cup preserves and cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes or until glaze is hot and sugar is dissolved. Pour over ham and cook until ham reaches 140 degrees.

Whisk remaining preserves into drippings after fat has been skimmed.

Melt jelly over low heat, stirring until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Brush over Ham, Roast Lamb or Canadian-Style Bacon occasionally during last 30 minutes of baling and again just before serving.
