3 1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
4 1/2 teaspoon hot water
1 egg
1/2 cup soft butter
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over hot water in double boiler.

Remove from heat and add sugar and water. Beat in egg then butter and vanilla.

Makes enough to cover a 2 layer cake.
