1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon butter
pinch of salt

Pie dough recipe

Raisins
Walnuts
Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin tins with pie dough. Put 6 or more raisins, nutmeats and 1/4 teaspoon honey into each tin.

Combine brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter and salt in a saucepan and place over low heat. Do not bring to a boil, Heat only till thoroughly combined.

Fill tart shells 1/2 fill and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool before removing from muffin tins.
