1 cup plain whole fat Greek yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
⅓ cup buttermilk
1 cup thinly sliced and chopped chives
2 TBSP chopped fresh dill
2 TBSP chopped fresh thyme
1 small clove of garlic, minced and mashed with a pinch of salt
1 TBSP cider vinegar
¼ tsp hot sauce or more to taste
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp coarsely ground pepper

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk all the ingredients for the dip. Season with more hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Serve with fresh vegetables, peeled and trimmed (carrots, cucumbers, celery, peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus). Can also serve with Potato Skin curls.
