1 UNCOOKED 8 Inch Pie Shell
8 Tart (Granny Smith) Apples
3 TBSP Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 TSP Cinnamon

Streusal
3/4 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Softened Butter
1/2 TSP Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pie shell till lightly brown and remove. Peel & Slice the apples.
Melt 3 Tbsp of butter in a large pan, add the apples and toss until
Slices are coated with butter. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 Tsp
Cinnamon, Add apples and toss again. Place the apples in the cooked pie shell.
Top with the apples with streusel mix.
Bake 400 degrees in oven for 20 minutes, then reduce heat and bake 30 minutes
At 325 degrees
STREUSEL MIX TOPPING- combine flour, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon
In bowl until crumbly.
