7 lg eggs
1 ½ c sugar
½ tsp salt
7 c. milk
6 c. boiled white rice
1 Tbs. vanilla 2 c. seedless raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat slightly to mix: eggs, sugar and salt

2. Scald: and pour slowly into egg mixture: milk

3. Mix with; boiled rice, vanilla and raisins

4. Pour into greased casserole and set in pan of water (1 inch deep)

5. sprinkle top with cinnamon, if desired

Bake at 350* for 45 min.
