1 pastry crust
¼ c. butter
¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T. flour
3 eggs
½ c. Kahlua
½ c. dark corn syrup
¾ c. evaporated milk
1 c. whole or chopped pecans
½ c. heavy cream, whipped
pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a 9 in. pie plate with your favorite pastry recipe. Chill. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, flour, mixing well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325º and bake until firm (about 40 minutes). Chill. When ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.
