CAKE:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
⅓ c. maple syrup
½ c. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. butter, melted
3 eggs
¾ tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream

FILLING:
⅓ c. brown sugar
1 T. cinnamon
½ c. chopped walnuts

GLAZE:
½ c. confectioners sugar
2 T. maple syrup
water until appropriate consistency.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Cream together sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and maple syrup and add to dry ingredients, mix well. Add sour cream and stir. Spoon half the mixture into a greased tube pan. In a small bowl, combine filling ingredients, sprinkle filling over batter and spread remaining batter over the filling. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let cake cool; remove from pan to serving plate and then top with glaze. To make the glaze, mix confectioners sugar, maple syrup in a small bowl. Add water for appropriate consistency.
