1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope dry Knorr Vegetable Soup
1 8-ounce can water chestnuts, chopped
3 chopped green onions, white and light green parts

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and squeeze liquid from spinach. Stir together sour cream, mayo, and soup mix. Add water chestnuts, green onions, and spinach. Mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve in round rye bread or with crackers, veggies or Bugle chips.
