3 oz. pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. water
½ c. sour cream
½ c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
13 ½ oz. can of crushed pineapple
½ c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine gelatin and water. Heat and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Beat in sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in pineapple with juice. Chill until partially set. Fold in cheddar cheese. Chill until firm. 6 servings
