½ c butter, melted and slightly cool
1 ¼ c sugar
1 15 oz can pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ c milk
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp baking soda
2 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 ½ c flour
1 c mini chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350º. Melt butter in microwave, then let it cool on the counter.
In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, pumpkin, eggs, vanilla, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir in the butter, mix well. Add in the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour. Stir to combine but do not overmix! Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the batter into lined cupcake pan, or greased bread pan. Cook at 350º for 15-20 minutes ( cupcake pan) or 40-50 minutes ( bread pan)
