2 ½ cups flour
1 T baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla sugar
½ tsp salt
1 stick margarine (melted)
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 ½ cups chocolate chips or dairy chocolate broken into chunks)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray a 12 cup muffin tray with baking Pam
2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate.
3. In a large bowl, whisk the melted margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Slowly add the dry ingredients. Gently fold together until just combined. Divide the batter into the muffin tins and bake at 400 F until golden brown.
