1 9-inch pie crust
8 slices cooked bacon
4 eggs
1½ cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
Dash of cayenne
2 cups (9oz) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings; mix well.
Toss cheese with flour
Add cheese mixture to eggs; add bacon
Pour into pie shell
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
