"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

1 large package of instant vanilla pudding

½ cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put ½ of the mixture in an angle food cake pan or fluted pan (The original recipe didn't say to grease and flour the pan but I have found it is much easier than going bare)

Sprinkle ½ of the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the top of the mixture in the pan. Add the rest of the mixture to the pan and sprinkle the remainder of the cinnamon/sugar over the top of the mixture. then marbleize.

Bake for one hour at 350º. This again is from the original recipe. I always start checking to see if its done at 30 minutes. I have never had to go past 45 minutes but stoves are all different..
