½ c butter
¾ c sugar
4 eggs
20 oz can pineapple, drained
5 slices bread, cubed (no crust)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
Cream together butter, sugar.
Add eggs and beat well.
Stir in pineapple and bread.
Pour into casserole dish and bake 40 minutes, uncovered.
