1½ pounds (or more) yellow squash
½ stick margarine
2 eggs
½ small onion
½ cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
Cracker crumbs (Ritz are good)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and boil squash until tender. Drain well. Mix all ingredients (except crumbs), mashing squash rather well. Put in casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
