Ingredients:  
Chicken Fingers (or Cutlets cut into strips)
Mustard or mayonnaise
1 Cup Cornflake Crumbs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Coat Chicken Fingers in mustard or mayonnaise.
Mix together (on a plate or in Ziplock bag)
Corn flakes crumbs, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
Coat the Fingers in this mixture.
Grease a cookie sheet and place chicken on it.
Spray chicken with Pam.
Bake on 425 F for 15-20 minutes
