Thin cutlets (not very thin)
Canola oil
Taanug flavored corn flake crumbs (orange can)
Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill a plate with 2 to 3 cracked eggs. Mix
2. Fill another plate with flavored corn flake crumbs
3. Dip both sides of cutlet into egg, then into crumbs, then back into egg and crumbs a 2nd time each. (This will give the cutlet a thick, crunchier crust)
4. Heat oil in frying pan
5. Fry cutlets until golden brown on each side.
6. Place on a paper towel coated plate or pan so oil can dry out.
