1 sheet puffed pastry
½ can of apple pie filling, cut into cube size pieces.
2 c. Half & Half
6 eggs
2 c. (about 8oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 T. crumbled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Night before: Prepare puff pastry according to directions on package, cut up into pieces after cooled. (These can also be stored after baked in the freezer for future use). Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Coat 9" x 13" baking dish with vegetable cooking spray. Distribute evenly puffed pastry pieces in baking dish, evenly top with apple pie filling. Beat eggs and half & half, then pour over mixture. Sprinkle cheese and then bacon over the top. Bake for 50 minutes or until the egg mixture is set.
