Bread:
1 package Butter Cake Mix
4 oz. package instant pistachio pudding
3 drops pistachio oil (optional)
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
¼ c. water
¼ c. oil
½ c. chopped pecans

Topping:
4 T. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour half of batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with half of topping. Pour in remainder of batter. Swirl batter to mix in topping. Sprinkle top with the remainder of topping. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
