2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar + ½ c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ c. canola oil
½ tsp. salt
1 T. cinnamon
1 ¼ c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" x 13" pan. Combine flour, 1 C. sugar, baking powder, salt, buttermilk, egg, vanilla and oil; stir just until moistened. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and ½ C. sugar. Pour half of the batter into pan; sprinkle with half of the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon/sugar. Using a knife, cut through the batter to swirl a few times. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. For the Glaze, combine ¼ cup 10X sugar and 2 tsp. milk to reach desired consistency; drizzle over cake.
