½ c. flour
6 T. cold unsalted butter
½ c. packed brown sugar
½ c. finely chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

CAKE:
2 c. flour
½ c. white sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
½ tsp. salt
½ c 2% lowfat milk
½ c. unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9" x 9" inch pan with PAM. For the topping, combine all ingredients, expect walnuts, till mixture is fine crumbs. Stir in walnuts. For the cake, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside. Beat butter with a mixer at medium speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat 3 to 4 minutes or until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla and bananas and beat until well blended. Add flour mixture alternately with the milk, mixing after each addition only until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle with the topping. Bake about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Serve warm or room temperature.
