1 large egg
1 c. flour + ¼ c. flour to toss with blueberries
½ c. packed brown sugar
½ tsp. baking powder and baking soda
1/3 c. vegetable oil
¼ tsp. salt
¼ c. sour cream
1 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add 1 C. flour, baking oowder, baking soda, and salt. Stir till combined. Add grated zucchini and flour coated blueberries. Fold into batter. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted comes out clean. (About 45 minutes)
