1 loaf white bread (24 slices)
1 large bunch of asparagus (24 spears), parboiled
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. blue cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the crust from bread slices, then flatten each slice with a rollling pin.
Mix softened butter with cheeses. Spread the mixture on each slice and top with an asparagus spear. Then, roll the bread around the asparagus and dip in melted butter. Cut into fourths and freeze.

When ready to serve, preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
