Ingredients: 1 Pack of English muffins
1 Jar of Pizza Sauce or Tomato sauce
1 Cup of Shredded Monterey Jack with Colby cheese blend
1 Cup of pepperoni
1 Cup of cooked ground beef scrambled
½ Cup Banana Pepper rings
1 Baking sheet
Nonstick spray

Directions:Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Spray your baking pan with nonstick spray. Place your English muffins on a baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on each muffin, then sprinkle on the cheese. After the cheese is on, layer your pepperoni and ground beef, finally add your banana pepper rings. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. |
