4 [8oz] pork loin chops, boneless
1½ cups flour
2 tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
2 T oil
⅔ cup milk
¼ cup beef broth
¼ cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Mix together flour, salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Dredge the pork in the seasoned flour. Place in the skillet until well browned, turning once. Place in an oven ready pan and put in the oven. Sprinkle 2 T of the flour into the broths and milk. Reduce the heat to low and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove the pork and top with the gravy.

A few simple techniques can help make sure your pork chips remain moist when cooking:
First, choose a chop 1/2 to 1 inch thick [boneless butter flied loin chops work well]
Preheat the oven and put prepared chops into the hot oven until tender... about 10-15 minutes, depending upon thickness.
Thermometer should register 160 degrees.
