1/2 cup butter
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups rhubarb-chopped into small pieces

Mix thoroughly.
Put in greased and floured 9x13 pan.
 

Crumb Topping

1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle mixture over rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350º F for 35-45 minutes
