3 to 4 lb boneless pork roast
1 jar [12 oz] apple jelly
½ cup water
2½ tsp minced garlic
1 T dried parsley flakes
1½ tsp seasoned salt
1½ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cur roast in half. Combine water, jelly and garlic - pour over roast
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
Cover and cook on low in slow cooker for 8-10 hours.
Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
