1 package (4 ounces) chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1 cup salted peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 squares (1 ounce each) semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy sauce pan, combine pudding mix, sugar, milk and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat and continue to cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Remove from heat and stir in nuts and vanilla. Beat until candy thickens and begins to loose it's gloss.

Drop by teaspoons into clusters on waxed paper and let harden.

In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate. Dip clusters in hot chocolate with tongs then replace on waxed paper. Refrigerate.

Makes 2 dozen clusters.
