1 stick of butter
Milk
Shredded cheddar cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and bake the potatoes until fully cooked. Cut the potatoes in half the long way. Scoop out the insides of all of the halves of potato and place in a pot. Place the empty skins on a foil covered cookie tray. Mash the potato until all the lumps are out. Add 1 stick of butter and mix well. Add some Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese and mix until melted. Add a little milk just to loosen the mixture a bit. Refill the potato skins with the potato mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake covered at 350º until hot and bubbly. Approximately 30-45 minutes in a preheated oven.

These potatoes would disappear quickly when Grandma made them. The grandsons would line up for seconds every time they were served.
