2 sticks of butter or margarine
4 eggs
1¾ cups sugar
2 tsps. baking powder
2 tsps. baking soda
1 pint sour cream
4 cups flour
2 tsps. vanilla
Sugar, walnuts & cinnamon for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda in another bowl. Add flour mixture slowly to batter. Add vanilla and sour cream. Pour half of the batter into a fluted pan prepared with butter or PAM. Sprinkle with sugar, nuts, and cinnamon mixture. Pour the remaining batter on top. Sprinkle more sugar, nuts and cinnamon mixture over the top of the cake. Bake 1 hour at 350º.

This cake was always available at Grandma and Grandpa's house Christmas morning for breakfast. It's one of Uncle Bob Lane's favorite cakes!
