15 oz. can mandarin oranges
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. cornstarch
18 oz. box yellow cake mix
½ c. coconut
8 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Drain juice from oranges and pineapple into a large bowl. Whisk in cornstarch until no lumps. Add oranges and pineapple, stirring well. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Evenly sprinkle cake mix over the top of fruit. Dot with pats of butter. Bake until top is nicely browned and when pressed, the cake bounces back, about 45-50 mins. Serve warm from oven with scoop of vanilla ice cream and coconut or sprinkle warm cake with coconut and serve.
