1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat over to 400º
2. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
3. In 10- inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat. When beef is brown, drain.
4. Stir in salt. Spread it in the pie plate and sprinkle with cheese.
5. In a small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with a fork until blended.
6. Pour into pie plate.
7. Bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
