Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Made with Coconut Flour:
1-1/2 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 T. Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
2 Lg. Eggs, beaten
1/3 C. Coconut Flour

Made with Almond Flour:
1-1/2 C. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 T. Cream Cheese, cut into cubes
1 Lg. Egg, beaten
3/4 C. Almond Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°.
1. Line a baking sheet or a pizza pan with parchment paper. Combine the shredded mozzarella and cubed cream cheese and a large bowl. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through. Stir again at the end until well Incorporated. Stir in the beaten egg(s) and flour. Knead with your hands until a dough forms. If the dough becomes hard before fully mixed, you can microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to soften it.
2. Spread the dough out onto the lined baking sheet to 1/4 inch or 1/3 inch thickness, using your hands or a rolling pin (best) over a piece of parchment. Use a toothpick or fork to poke lots of holes throughout the crust to prevent bubbling. Bake for 6 minutes. Poke more holes in any places where you see bubbles forming. Bake for an additional 3 to 7 more minutes until golden brown.
