1 T. Avocado Oil
1-1/2 lbs. Radishes, quartered
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
2 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 T. Green Onion, chopped
Optional: Ranch Dressing or Sour Cream to drizzle on top

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a large heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat. Add the radishes to the skillet and sprinkle with the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir to coat radishes in seasoning.
2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until radishes have softened and browned in spots, about 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat and top the radishes with the cheddar and bacon. Cover the pan and let sit for two minutes to melt the cheese.
4. Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.

Note: Drizzle with ranch dressing or sour cream before serving, if desired.
