Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

2 c. brown sugar
1 8oz. can pineapple tidbits
4 oz. red maraschino cherries
1 box butter or yellow cake mix

GLAZE
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 Tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla extract, clear

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cake with juice from pineapple, according to directions on box.
2. Spray Bundt pan with Pam, put brown sugar, pineapple and cherries in bottom and press down. (use chopped pecan if desired)
3. Pour cake mix on top of sugar and bake according to box.
4. Take out of oven and let sit for approx. 3 minutes. Flip onto oven proof platter
5. Put back into oven under low broil and brown pineapple. Cool
6. Glaze with powdered sugar, butter, extract and enough milk to glaze consistency
