3 sticks of butter
1 8oz. package cream cheese softened
3 c. sugar
6 lg eggs
3 c. cake flour
1 Tbs vanilla

Directions:

DO NOT PRE HEAT OVEN
1. Cream butter and cream cheese, add sugar, beat until fluffy
2. Add on egg at a time, blend in flour. Mix well. Add vanilla
3. Bake in greased and floured lg tube pan or 2 loaf pans
4. Start out in a cold oven in middle rack, center of the oven
5. Bake at 325* for 90 min
use toothpick to check for doneness.
