6 oz. lady fingers
½ c. raspberry jelly or jam
sweet or dry sherry
4 c. milk
2 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 3¾ oz pkg vanilla instant pudding
1. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Separate lady fingers and spread insides with jelly and reassemble
2. Arrange around the sides of a round straight sided glass 1½ qt. serving bowl.
3. Sprinkle each lady finger with 1 tsp of sherry
4. Beat together until blended: milk sugar, vanilla and pudding mix.
5. with same beaters, beat cream until stiff
6. fold cream into pudding
7. Pour over lady fingers and chill, top with coconut, bananas, almonds, cherries, or nuts with cream on top
