1 cup shortening
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup gran. Sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and peanut butter together. Add sugar and mix well, then eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Chill. Form into balls, flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake 10-12 mins at 375.
