Cake Ingredients:
1 Duncan Hine's yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
2 Eggs
1 can Mandarin oranges (11oz not drained)

Topping Ingredients:
1 8oz Cool Whip
1 sm. Can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 Lg. Pkg. (3 3/4oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients thoroughly. Bake in 3 (8" or 9") pans at 350 until done. Cool completely.

Mix all topping ingredients thoroughly. Spread on plate and heavily between layers. Keep refrigerated.
