2 lg. unpeeled oranges
12 ounces raw cranberries
2 lg. cored apples
2 cups sugar
15 ounce can crushed pineapple

6 ounces raspberry Jello
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/2-1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups boiling water
1/4 cup cold water

Relish Instructions
Wash raw fruit. Finely grind oranges, apples, and cranberries in food processor.
Add sugar and pineapple.
Mix well.
Chill overnight (12-24 hours)

Drain relish. While draining, dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Add Jello, pour in 3 cups boiling water.
Dissolve well. Add relish and chopped nuts.
Combine well.
Spread into flat pan/dish/Tupperware.
Chill several hours.

Relish may also be served alone on lettuce, etc.
