1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup walnuts or pecan halves or pieces
1/4 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the honey and stir until bubbly and a bit foamy. Add the nuts and continue to stir about 1 minute. Sprinkle with the sugar and continue stirring until most of the foamy mixture is soaked into the nuts, about 1 minute. Remove from the heat.
3. Transfer the nuts to a small baking pan, and bake for 4 minutes. Spread on aluminum foil to cool.
4. Break apart and store refrigerated in resealable plastic bags for several days for frozen for several months.
