1-10 oz package of FROZEN SPINACH(thawed & drained)
2 CUPS COOKED CHICKEN
2 CUPS GRATED CHEESE
1/3 CUP CHOPPED ONION
1 TSP CORNSTARCH
1/2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP (10 oz)
1 CUP SOUR CREAM or RICOTTA
4.5 OZ OF SLICED MUSHROOMS
1/3 CUP MAYO
6-12 LASAGNA -COOKED
1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE SPINACH, CHICKEN
CHEDDAR CHEESE, ONION, CORNSTARCH, S/P
SOUP, SOUR CREAM/RICOTTA, MUSHROOMS, & MAYO.
PLACE A LAYER OF NOODLES ON BOTTOM OF PAN
PLACE HALF THE SPINACH MIXTURE OVER THE NOODLES.
PLACE ANOTHER LAYER OF NOODLES ON TOP AND
COVER WITH THE REMAINING SPINACH MIXTURE. SPRINKLE
PARMESAN CHEESE
BAKE FOR ONE HOUR
