1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Jar of artichoke hearts
1 cup parsley, chopped
2 cups vegetable stock
1/2 cup gruyere cheese, grated
salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil a large pot of water. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Add oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, artichokes, and parsley to skillet. Add the stock. Cook gently.

Put sauce on spaghetti and put grated cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper.
