• 3 tbsp. butter
• 3 green onions and ½ clove garlic, finely chopped,
• ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tbsp. flour, salt and pepper
• ¾ cup milk and 2 tbsp. white wine
• ¼ cup grated Swiss cheese
• One 4 ½ oz. can shrimp, drained

~ Cook onions, mushrooms and garlic in 1 tbsp. butter in frypan until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
~ Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually stir in milk and wine. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted.
~ Stir in mushroom mixture and shrimps. Spoon into greased scallop shells or small baking dishes. If desired, pipe with cooked mashed potatoes or sprinkle around edges with bread crumbs.
~ Bake in 350º oven for 10 – 15 minutes or until piping hot. Serves 2.
