Ingredients:  
4 cans (14 oz each) navy beans (drain 3 cans)
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
32 oz chicken broth
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (4 oz each) diced green chilies
2 Tbls vegetable oil (or butter)
2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp pepper
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
place beans, chicken, and chicken broth together in crock pot

Sauté chopped onion and garlics in oil until transparent

Add spices and green chilies to onion mixture and stir well.

Add to crockpot mixture and stir well

Cook in crockpot on low for at least 2 hours

Garnish with sour cream, chopped green onions and Monterey Jack cheese (Optional)
