• 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
• ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper and ¼ tsp. garlic powder
• 1 cup salted butter, chilled and cut into small pieces
• 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

~ Combine flour, garlic and cayenne in food processor. Add butter and pulse till mixture resembles coarse meal. Add cheese and pulse.
~ Transfer mixture to large bowl. Stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce and combine with fork.
~ Form mixture into two 1" diameter logs, and wrap in parchment paper. Chill in refrigerator until very firm, at least one hour.
~ Cut each log into ¼" thick rounds and place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spaced 1" apart. Bake at 350º until golden, about 12 minutes, rotating pans between shelves halfway through baking.
