1¼ c graham cracker ½crumbs-about 10 large crackers
¼ c granulated sugar
¼ c butter, melted
Filling #1:
1# cream cheese, softened
½ c granulated sugar
3 eggs to equal ½ c
¾ tsp vanilla
Second part of filling:
1 pint sour cream
2 T granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Crust:
Combine sugar and crumbs. Add butter and mix until moist throughout. Grease a 10" spring form pan. With hands cover sides and bottom of pan thinly and evenly leaving about 1" at the top. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.

Filling #1:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until blended and smooth. Pour into pan. Place cookie sheet under pan in oven, Bake for 20 minutes. Increase oven to 475º.
Let stand on rack for 15 minutes.

Second layer:
Add sugar and vanilla to sour cream and blend well. Place on edges with a spoon at first and then gradually spoon on remaining filing.
Bake at 475º for 10 minutes.
