⅓ c Grey Poupon mustard
2 Tblsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp Italian seasoning
2# red potatoes, cut into chunks
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Mix together all ingredients except potatoes.
Add potatoes and coat evenly.

Roast potatoes on a cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
